I was involved in the creation of a new product - a service for interactive content creation and customer management. As the lead designer, I created the web application interfaces from scratch, using Tailwind CSS framework to simplify development. Also I’ve created a large design system with many of my own custom components.

InquisitHealth provides peer-to-peer mentoring and networking services for patients and healthcare organizations. The complex large design system. I joined the team as one of the design team and ended up becoming a Senior Product Designer. The main product is a SaaS web application with a very complex interface including thousands of screens. I was constantly implementing new functionality and working with customer feedback. We also went through two redesigns and created a large design system. I was also involved in the launch of two sub-products for web and mobile.

Founded and led a successful design agency on Upwork, building and managing a team of designers and developers to scale the business. Collaborated with a diverse client base, from startups launching MVPs in tight timelines to large tech companies creating new products within structured development cycles. Skilled at translating complex business requirements into actionable design solutions that drive results. Interactive television, streaming and online movie theater. Led the complete redesign of the app interface for mobile and TV platforms, dramatically enhancing usability, user engagement, and overall experience. Managed and mentored the design team across marketing and video production. Played a key role in aligning product design with business goals, contributing to user growth and platform recognition.

Popular dating app with 30M+ downloads. I joined the team at a very early stage as the sole product designer. I redesigned the iOS app from the version that was presented to investors as MVP, and prepared the first version of the Android app for launch. I also worked on the core paid features including subscriptions, and analytics with AARRR metrics framework, which ultimately allowed us to break even quickly.

Managed both in-house and freelance design teams. Led the full rebranding of the financial group and nine affiliated banks, developing and implementing a unified corporate identity. Consolidated all creative processes across the group, including branding, merchandise, packaging, marketing materials, and environmental design. Built and launched internal services for generating branded advertising, ordering branch designs, and producing corporate assets, significantly reducing marketing costs and ensuring consistent brand standards. Managed advertising photography, created a central photo bank, and supervised video production for commercial campaigns. Redesigned ATM interfaces. Oversaw the design of the CEO’s quarterly 100-page branded presentation under intense 24h deadlines. Collaborated closely with the marketing team on PR and promotional campaigns, including large-scale event launches. Also worked as a consultant and cross-functional team manager with fintech startups within the Life.SREDA fund.
