J'ai contribué à l'itération du produit en intégrant de nouvelles fonctionnalités et en optimisant des parcours utilisateurs existants, afin d'améliorer l'expérience et l’engagement des utilisateurs.

As part of the digital transformation at AccuHealth: I developed the MVP for AccuApp, an AI-powered B2C patient monitoring SaaS solution. My role included understanding business objectives and user needs, designing interfaces, conducting user tests, launching the product, and performing the initial KPI analysis.

I participated in the digital transformation of the company (recruitment and payroll modules) by contributing to the development of an all-in-one platform built on Azure. My role covered everything from user research, interface design, and user testing, to training the end-users.

LiveGPS (StartUp): B2B logistics SaaS solution. I collaborated during iterations to improve the platform's ergonomics and add new features. PullmanGo: B2C entertainment SaaS solution from the PullmanBus Group. I contributed to the iterations to improve engagement and transform it into a freemium product. Desplegar (StartUp): B2B LegalTech SaaS solution. I participated in designing the interfaces for their first product (Legislative Radar) and in creating their design system, aiming to optimize the platform's expansion to four additional products.

I contributed to the digital transformation of Banco Falabella and Coopeuch by participating in the design of internal management platforms (ERP) for clients and benefits, respectively. I also contributed to the design of digital solutions for the real estate and e-commerce sectors, sometimes using tools such as WordPress and Shopify.
