I currently hold the position of Supplier Quality Engineer, where I play a pivotal role in managing a critical supplier specializing in casting production utilizing Lost Foam technology. In this capacity, I have established and implemented key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve performance metrics meticulously. My responsibilities extend to effectively addressing technical challenges in collaboration with subject matter experts.

During the developping phase, I coordinated all efforts connected to the development of a torsen (limited slip differential: LSD), including the prototype, Off Tool Activities, Final Tooling Products (IOD), and PPAP. I collected the demands of the client Stellantis until the start of the serial life, passing through the many phases of design and validation, on the one hand applying existing solutions and on the other hand continually seeking for improvement potentials.

- Implementation of the "AGP Academy" training system for the AGP group. Rationalization of the group's different factories' training initiatives to standardize the system and give guidelines. - Physical implementation of the Academy with the specification of the various training areas: QHSE, production walkthrough, glass inspection, training room, simulation of a production line with robots to train programming and maintenance (KUKA & ABB). - Development and training of internal professionals devoted to the Academy. o Implementation of a one-of-a-kind training pathway for workers based on their skills, positions, and needs. o Determination of operational requirements for the positions. o Creation of content in collaboration with the process owner. o Development of training materials (video, PPT, serious game, practical exercises). o Creation of an evaluation (practical in the case of technical training with manipulations, field activities) that results in the aptitude certification. o Bridging the HR competence matrix with the real needs from the operational point of view. o Creation of a new Skill matrix system with the collaboration of HR and Process Engineers to track the team’s evolution. - Upload of the educational content, learning paths, creating roles via a secure internal online platform called Litmos. - Creation of standardization for all courses based on the PDCA principle for continuous improvement. - Project management, creation of goal, tracking project through Gantt charts, budget maintenance, purchase management, setting of deadlines - Creation of a unique graphic identity for the Academy and content for internal and external marketing - Preparation, supervision of the technical team, video shooting with Camera BlackMagic/drone. Management of video editing

- Management of customer complaints: o Collect all preliminary information needed to start the analysis from the customer (working in conjunction with QA Japan, software experts, mechanical/electronic production plants and logistics) o Coordinate and lead the technical analysis of the gearboxes with the Investigation department, communicate the progress of the analysis with the customer and with the production sites in Japan. o Propose and validate the action plans (preventive/corrective actions) to resolve the root cause with all the parties involved, the implementation of the actions and ensure the results (tools: PDCA, 8D, A3) - Conduct audits, on site, in cooperation with the client to maintain strong and lasting relationships, take into account their needs to ensure a good understanding of their interests. - In a process of continuous improvement, dialogue and understanding of the customer’s manufacturing process make it possible to exchange on the problems encountered/ feedback of experience and to give the recommendations of handling and assembly of gearboxes (Win-Win). - Initiate and disseminate the various internal/external KPIs in order to ensure a clear vision on the evolution of the business and any deviations from the objectives set (in terms of competitiveness, productivity, quality, safety, cost and customer satisfaction) - Estimate, collect, control, and negotiate the costs of complaints and their follow-up.

- Lead quality projects including internal, external and supplier non-conformities resolution. - Optimize production processes and update documents accordingly. - Supervise and optimize control plans, develop new testing when required. - Determine quality improvements based on statistical analysis of productions quality. - Train work force on quality and lean topics. - Insure smooth transfer from R&D/technical department to production.

Support for change and improvement projects. - Creation of Lean training supports and development (Lean Awarness and Kaizen Leader). - Accompaniment of the support and field teams in the creation of KPI (performance and piloting). - Deployment of problem escalation methodologies in the company by the SQCDP and the problem-solving philosophy. - Management of Kaizen projects on various topics with the Lean Management tool (VSM, A3, root causes analysis, SPC, Visual Management) - Implementation of improvement solutions according to the needs emitted by the teams.

Support of the managers on Lean Management approaches - Participate and prepare support for on-site projects and / or transversal processes on the Operational Excellence approach on posted and traveling teams; - Realization of the initial diagnosis; - Conduct interviews and field observations; - Analyze and synthesize the collected data; - Prepare the animation and conduct of the workshops; - Proposals in problem solving methods (improvement of organization, communication, stock management, customer relations ...); - Follow the dashboards and write reports; - Development of visual management and briefings / debriefings, - 5S System, - Implementation of adapted methods and tools; - Assist and support the operational teams in the implementation of the tools; - Processing other topics of optimization and continuous improvement according to the needs emitted by the local teams.

- Implementation of the ISO 9001 v2015 standard on the "Reception of the public" approach - Preparation of the comparison of the 2 standards ASPL and ISO 9001 version 2015 (equivalences and differentials) - Diagnosis of the quality approach home - Development of the action plan to ensure the transition from ASPL to ISO 9001 with the involvement of stakeholders in the process, a new Quality Charter, risk analysis and stakeholders. - Animation of the steering committees responsible for monitoring the project - Support for the construction of instances responsible for monitoring, improving and reporting - Assist the quality manager and the department manager in the project
