My mission: hiring the best talents on business positions, in particular for our Insurance BU 1/ Recruitment - Positions: insurance, ops, legal, customer support, sales, compliance, brand, growth, PR, product - Deploying the best recruiting strategy for each position, activating relevant levers (direct approach, inbound, referrals) to get the best talents onboard - Help hiring managers define job scorecards, use our ATS, perform structured interviews and evaluate candidates - Perform a qualitative candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding through care, transparency and reactivity 2/ TA projects - Hiring training and sets of guidelines to empower managers with their recruitments - Best practices of the TA team: templates, automation, tools - Benchmark of test platforms and ref check tools
