Au sein de Sanofi, j'ai rejoint un projet visant à développer une application Power BI. Ma contribution principale a été de fournir des recommandations spécialisées en matière d'analyse de données, de storytelling et d'engagement utilisateur.

Au sein de la Direction Client d'Ipsen, j'ai travaillé sur la conception d'une application data sur Power BI. J'ai géré le projet dans son ensemble : - Intégration des données provenant de plusieurs sources (CRM, SQL, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Social Media) - Création d'un Datalake - Préparation des données et modélisation du Dataset - Création des mesures DAX - Dashboard Design - UX/UI d'interface - Déploiement de l'application

Dans le cadre de cette mission, j'ai travaillé pour le département e-Commerce Europe de Duracell. J'ai accompagné mon client dans la refonte complète des tableaux de bord pour tous les services de vente européens. À partir de diverses sources de données, j'ai créé un modèle unique alimentant une dizaine de rapports dynamiques.

For the needs of L'Oréal's Legal department, I worked on the redesign of a Power BI application. Starting from several existing Dashboards, I created a modern application, branded with the company's colors and incorporating a Data Storytelling strategy to enhance the user experience.

As the head of reporting for the commercial department at Pearson TalentLens, I played a key role in transforming our data analysis strategy. My initiative led to the adoption and implementation of an automated solution for data integration and visualization. Having identified Power BI as the ideal solution, I was in charge of establishing the complete technical architecture. This included data integration, modeling, and the calculation of key performance indicators. I was responsible for developing user interfaces in Power BI, ensuring an intuitive and informative user experience. I also oversaw the deployment of this solution.

For the Inspection & Operations department at SGS, I developed and implemented an automated data collection system in SharePoint for each geographical area. This initiative played a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing the project's performance, thus enabling efficient management both internally and towards our clientele.

Reporting Project Management: Attached to the Customer & Operations service, I led several data consolidation projects, focusing on improving the efficiency and accuracy of reports. Development of an Automated Integration System in VBA on Excel: I designed and implemented an automated integration system in VBA, which significantly reduced data processing time and minimized human errors. Supply Chain: By working closely with the Production, Planning, Transportation & Logistics, and Customer Service departments, I developed a deep expertise in supply chain management. This experience allowed me to understand the nuances of each supply chain segment and contribute to their synergy. Participation in the OTIF (On-time in Full) Project: I played a key role in the implementation of the OTIF indicator, not only ensuring the calculation and provision of this key indicator but also facilitating its understanding and adoption by all departments.
