Led the design of web interfaces, SaaS products, and interactive prototypes, with a strong focus on user journey clarity and high-quality execution. Collaborated remotely with developers, Product Managers, and international clients, contributing to problem definition, user flow structuring, and delivery of implementation-ready solutions. Worked on AI-driven projects, including freelance collaborations with Hygraph on agent-based workflows and observability features, as well as contributions to VisiblyAI, designing experiences focused on system understanding, insight generation, and decision-making. Delivered projects end-to-end with full ownership, from discovery and concept development to final delivery, applying data-driven and iterative approaches to improve user experience and product performance.

I led the redesign of the Predictive Assessment product, using a data-driven, user-centric approach that included user research, user personas, and mapping user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. I use usability testing results to inform design decisions and work closely with the Data, Engineering, and Product teams throughout the design process, including managing the hand-off process to ensure smooth implementation.
