My achievements are as follows: • Directed successful implementation of operational processes and modes of operation between partners and suppliers, resulting in 400K€ in frequent turnover and a projected 4-year net present value increase of 200K€. • Designed and implemented secure AWS network infrastructure for e-commerce site in Blockchain and Crypto environment, integrating robust security policies and deploying open-source communication solution with Zapier integration. • Enabled seamless digital transformation for HK-based law firm by skilfully advising and migrating data to Amazon AWS Cloud, Microsoft Teams, and Asana tools while ensuring compliance with GDPR and HIPAA regulations.

In charge of the financial accounting, administration and the logistics for the project. • Managed and organised the activities of the national staff (129 employees) and the office work regarding the procedures standardisation for the project. • Supervised the accountancy, and controlled the budget (1.2M €euro) • Supervision of the supply chain for orders and perform the reporting to the capital. • Monitoring and supervised the expeditions and receptions of the goods from/to Port au Prince (secure and transportation of the investment material – Fret-). • Security officer (oversees security of the project, communication and follow up the security guideline)

In charge of Know-How and Architecture Standard Design activities for upmarket TV sets (LCD, plasma..) • Coordination of Software and Hardware multi-platform projects, • Management integration with multi-supplier environment, • Specify and design new video features for CRT, LCD and Plasma sets, • Control the cost (target cost) and analysis the risks (Decision trees), • Transfer the technology knowledge in Singapore and competence tansfer engineers.

Responsible for the development of the new range of transmitters and receivers : • Hardware and Software Development projects – managing 3 engineers, • Working in multi-supplier environment, • To maintain tight deadlines, high quality, customer satisfaction and control project cost. • To specify, supervise and follow the manufacturing process of transmitters and receivers. • To supervise the mechanic parts, the CE marking and safety standards of the product in Malaga, (Spain).

Responsible for the industrialisation of laser systems for the police department and the Army ; laser weapon training devices to analyse firing performance and behaviour during training with an infra-red detection jacket (Patented jacket). These projects involved: • To supervise, organise and manage the activities of 4 employees and 6 soldiers to implement video network and the safety processes, • To co-ordinate, control and synchronise the different activities between a hardware team and a software team. • To co-ordinate the sub-contractors performing the pilot-production, • To manage the quality of the system, • To trade low costs and short deadlines for components with suppliers(Benchmarking, control budget).
