Ensured full integration with existing enterprise environments to maximise resilience, scalability, and operational efficiency. Defined multi-service network standards for NEOM’s Cognitive Cities, creating blueprints for wired and wireless infrastructure aligned to sustainability and user experience goals. Integrated emerging technologies to ensure future readiness and interoperability with evolving smart city frameworks. Focus areas: Wi-Fi 6E/7, IoT, edge networking, security compliance, industrial design and automation frameworks.

Created a new combined Data Centre and Multi Cloud networking environment Vision that presents Networks as an actively contributing partner to the infrastructure community by providing knowledge, services and metrics. The impact being that DevOps were able to self-service network environments to a manageable standard, in a non-interactive way and fully ITIL compliant. Prepared an IPv6 implementation plan to address near future application compatibility issues in developing markets. This also addressed addressing issues in global cloud networks. Led the resolution of long-standing IT issues after a previous Data Centre migration, directing the collaboration across multiple teams and divisions to understand the root cause of the issues and present a strategy to resolve the issues of various levels. This resulted in reduced response times of applications and the passing of Disaster Recovery tests. Worked with fellow Enterprise Architects to remain in the know about relevant innovations and discuss business merits. Presented reviews of technological advancements to senior management to help direct budgets.

Designed and built service provider-grade MPLS core and international WAN networks. Delivered data centre modernisation, converging voice, data and storage networks with high availability. Provided end-to-end solutions from requirements to handover for enterprise and SME clients in finance, housing, and insurance. Supported long-term secondments with Digital Catapult and Amlin (see below).

Delivered secure Cisco-based WAN/LAN/WLAN with Cisco ISE NAC and Microsoft PKI integration. Implemented dual-tier firewall architecture using Palo Alto and Cisco ASA for advanced segmentation.

Maintained and optimised global Cisco and Juniper networks; redesigned remote data centres and expanded connectivity to Bermuda, Singapore, and the USA.

Project and program management concerning infrastructure and telecom matters. In this role I manage projects whithin the European and Benelux DHL Organisation, mainly focused on centralizing IT and reducing cost. Was responsible for managing the outsourcing of all telecoms related activities to a pan-European telco.
