Developed a machine learning-based turnover estimation model by SQL and Python on Snowflake for international markets: Poland. Analyzed the turnover gap between contract and invoice by using SQL and helped to reduce the non-invoiced rate. Developed a statistical based turnover estimator model by SAP Business Object for international markets. Conducted commercial performance analysis, including evaluating price updates in the German market and assessing user engagement with the company's data dashboard.

Improved data cleansing processes with Python for financial data to ensure accuracy, and support predictive analytics when preparing monthly and weekly financial reports, saving at least 30% of the time. Executed reconciliation statements and inputted financial transactions into databases, contributing to an accurate financial report for the organization. Established budget preparation, report completion, and leveraging basic VBA for enhanced 30% efficiency.

Maintained client relationships and followed up with clients' feedback, and resolved issues promptly. Implemented a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Generated leads, identified customer needs, and promoted appropriate products and services.
