Project management for different projects at Stryker Europe (RHQ) - Project Management for “VAT & Intrastat” project for Oracle eBS - Project Management for “Business Process Improvement” Project. Pilot project for implementation of new BI sales information system. (Power BI) - Project Management for “Lotus Notes UK” Decommissioning project. Replacement of Quoting system, Kits Tracking & Consignment application, RMA (Return Mat Authorisation) application & process.

Project Management for the implementation of Oracle eBS at JC in France, based on an existing European template. Oracle replaces the previously used AS400 system and ‘home written’ applications for Johnson Controls Industries in France. The implementation is executed by the Turkish IT-partner ITC. They are responsible for the European implementation and support of Oracle eBusiness Suite at Johnson Controls This project was part of the implementation/upgrade of Oracle eBS in France (JC France & JC Industries (the factory))

As Business Relationship Manager, I was the SPOC between the Business side of the company and ICT. Responsibilities : • Making sure Exec Mgt is informed on projects, the status of the projects, possible issues etc… • To enable the needed ‘push’ and attention from Management level to make those projects visible and known within the ‘business community’. • To ensure the needed support to be able to progress and complete. • To ensure that ICT keeps close contact with the business and gets to know what’s living and needed on the business side more easily. • ensuring that ICT can react more adequate on possible needs/issues • enabling a pro-active relationship/partnership between business and ICT. • …

Project Management and Solution Consulting for the implementation of Oracle e-Business Suite 11.5.10.2. Responsible for the planning, execution, and solution design of the implementation of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, CM), Supply Chain & Mfg (INV, OM, PO, BOM, WIP, Costing) and CRM eBusiness (Quoting, eBusiness) in the Belgian Subsidiary (Antwerp) of James Walker (part of James Walker Benelux). Reorganisation of Master Data such as ‘Customer Master data’, ‘Vendor Master data’, ‘Item Mas-ter data’ and ‘Item Configuration Master data’ as part of the project. Item Master data was most important part as part of ‘data consolidation’ effort for the different James Walker subsidiaries using Oracle eBS.

Initiate planning and strategy for the Business Simulation (BSIM) and Friendly User Testing (FUT) to prepare the launch of Fixed lines for Residential and Business/Enterprise Segments. Additionally take into account the ‘customer experience’ for every ‘self service’ that has to be carried out by the customer. (This by also doing tests where Nawras empoyees act as customers). Testing Phase itself has been carried out by Nawras Business Users and project teams.
