Heading a team of 5 in charge of communication, sales support and business development activities: opportunity pursuit with a tactical dimension, pitching processes, presentations and branded communication material, events, sponsoring, PR, CRM projects. Creating content including text and videos (writing and producing) for digital platforms. Conducting client portfolio analysis including client segmentation, revenue trends, recovery, cross-selling, office/global alignement and other aspects.

Editing the business section of the magazine, writing on economies, sectors and businesses in Southeast Asia including analysis, reports, interviews and short news; coordinating, editing and contributing to Focus Asean, a special 68 pages publication on the Asean Economic Community and Cambodia’s chairmanship of the association.

-business development: budgeting, formulating and implementing the yearly marketing plan and clients targeting initiatives; writing proposals and public tenders for new business; conducting background researches relating to new business opportunities (identifying key targets, key contact persons, organizations profiles); providing daily business development-oriented press reviews (focusing on clients, prospects, competitors and opportunities generated by new legal contexts). -communication: editing communication brochures, leaflets, and other communication tools and overseeing translations, production and mailing; managing the relationship with the press; organizing client seminars and events; keeping the communication “toolkit” (lawyers profiles, facts and figures, experience lists..) updated; managing intranet and extranet; writing submissions to professional guides.
