Action Logement (Organisation) : to analyse and provide a study about the reoganisation impact on documents ENEDIS : interface between the Client and the IT team for all the needs on Document FIleNet Plateform Fonds Paritaire de Sécurisation des Parcours Professionnels : to manage all the business needs for their Extranet and help to decision for IT solution (SharePoint Office 365).

Business Overview : In order to unify the Trade Finance application (FileNet) versions deployment for FRB, Fortis and CIB, the TWIST merging program was being implemented. The TWIST application is a common and industrialized solution for multiple business lines. Therefore the IT project lifecycle was industrialized and rationalized, also the UAT run by the different poles was mutualized. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Analysis of business requirement - Writing of functional specification - Project planning and execution from project conception to installation - Manage near-shore development team (Mumbai) in deploying application - Provide project prioritization - Industrialization of UAT processes (in order to reduce the UAT workload for the super users) - Manage and communicate with stakeholders

Enhancement of existing ECM plateform (FileNet P8): digitalization of Emails, Fax, paper... Tasks & Responsibilities : - Definition of business requirements and functional specifications for each project - Project planning and execution - Project QA and acceptance testing

Intranet Enterprise: Search Engine Enhancements Tasks & Responsibilities: - Responsible for optimizing Search Engine - Collaboration with the stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements

Business Overview : Thales Worldwide Corporate decide to implement a global and highly secure ECM platform called “Team OnLine” platform which is based on Open Text’s Livelink solution. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Provide end-user training - Participation to training manuals - Develop Livelink workflows, livereports and webreport. - Promote Livelink functionalities to enhance user’s productivity.

Business Overview : Veolia (Propreté) decide to implement an ECM plateform which was based on Alfresco Solution. Tasks & Responsibilities : - Conducting business analysis including requirements definition through quality assurance testing - Planning and executing the solution’s implementation, training, documentation and ongoing support - Coordinate and collaborate with I.T.  Developers team - Assist in enforcement of project standards and deadlines - Plan implementation with all stakeholders, both customer and internal I.T. team

Business Overview : Retail banking priorities to focus on Moving from paper to digital as back-office operations are still overly reliant on paper and manual processes. The aim of « iMage » Project was to optimize customer folder process and to allow digitalization of any document during customer facing operations at Front office level. Tasks & Responsibilities: - Participation of the requirement documentation : Capture any retail banking document through desktop scanning, integration with teller platforms, and with common desktop tools - Challenge and audit several Scanner Manufacturers- (Canon, HP...) - Coordination with network services and Production team, for analyzes and estimates feasibility, - Manage the entire business process in accordance with policy using with audit-friendly workflow

Business Overview : Financiere Oceor (oversees agencies) had enhanced front-end operations with central back office in Paris. The aim of this project was to transforms retail banking processes including a Workflow tool (fileNet P8) between front offices and this new back-office mutualized. This tool had to manage any retail banking document and was integrated with teller plateforms. Tasks & Responsibilities: - Coordinate, schedule, and help to manage meetings, including documenting discussions - Assist the Project Manager with project documentation - Work with the Project Manager and Program Sponsor to ensure issues, risks, and outstanding actions are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner (UAT phases) - Participation of process modeling / workflow charts and diagrams (Workshops with users).  - Assisting in the definition of roll out, training and user support plans. 

Business Overview: La Poste is France's leading provider of electronic commerce and customer communication solutions. « Courrier » IT Departement is developing application for Sort, Distribute and Process mail regarding the adress delivery. Tasks & responsibilities: - Requirements elicitation, use case modeling, - Conceptual data modeling, functional specification modeling, process modeling - Follow CMMI principles

Responsible of IT Support on IFS department. - Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve user service requests and incidents by phone, email, in-person and using remote control tools; and document work performed - Ensure all support requests submitted by email, text and phone or face-to-face conversations are fully entered and documented in the incident management system (ticketing tool) - Support the implementation, delivery and on-going operations of technology, communication and business systems of the firm - Action workflows for new hire account creation, and account/access decommissioning for departing employees

Business Overview:   The Internet Development Team was responsible for the development and application support of all web applications, including Intranet application for Retail Agency and Internet application for clients, focusing on stability, performance, and service delivery. Tasks & Responsibilities: - Assisting with designing, building, and implementation of new architecture of the application - Develop, code, install, test, debug, and document Web applications - Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, quality assurance, and project managers - Participate in all phases of software development (include integrating/implementing)
