Co-development of a digital health module for the Ieda SaaS health platform implemented by Swiss NGO Terre des Hommes in developing countries dispensaries.

Health division. French Regions North & East & Paris. ARR 50 M€ / 10 direct reports / 150 clients / 500 FTEs. Boost the revenue + 10% / year. Decrease LTI by 35%. Signed 5 contracts generating 6M € ARR.

Following my mission in Africa (Angola), I joined the Startup Leadership Program and launched a start-up in telehealth for developing countries. Business model financed by diasporas (Out of Pocket money). WIP
