I joined Provepharm in February 2011 as Director of Operations. My main objectives were: - leading the business negotiations to the signature of exclusive agreements with distributors all over the world. For each agreement I had to manage the following influences : the company strategy, ROI achievements, future customers expectations, regulatory and quality constraints, local regulations, IP protection, laws compliance and supply chain capabilities. More than 13 exclusive deals were executed for Europe, USA, Japan and Australia. - leading the financing activities providing business and financial forecasts for the company to the different partners : VCs, banks, French R&D financing organizations (as BPI). As a startup, the company development relies on financing investments. Objective are achieved. - building the adequate process and providing budget, quarterly reportings and forecasts to monitor day to day activities, - leading valuation and M&A operations.
