Finance supervises the activity of 90 legal entities, Sales 1,7 Billion €. Includes the following departments : - book holding (for part of entities), tax and consolidation (IFRS) - group controlling - treasurey, credit management and sales finance - internal audit.

Major US engineering group with >6,000 employees and international headquarters in Paris CFO for 4 French companies and supervision for 12 international (EMEA) subsidiaries (HBF/Holding Berger France). Since 2013, for all international activities Reporting to LBI President/CEO, functionally to Group CFO. In charge of Accounting (General & Project), Business Control, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, Consolidation. Mostly EMEA (Revenues 150M€, 1200 staff, total B&S 120 M€) • Support for strong growth - €35m in 2007 (HBF) to €150m in 2015 (LBI) • Switch from an “autonomous” entity with full F&A responsibility (up to 2012) to a more integrated entity (ongoing changes) • Adaptation to new needs – greater transparency, reporting, quality, internal controls • ERP implementation (Go live July 14 – Costpoint/Deltek) • Other implementations: o consolidation software implementation (Cognos Controller – 2011) o Field cash reports Web (2013) • Company M&A - external acquisitions (Apia/Spain 2012), due diligences process, French entities restructuring (2013), • Support to the Group for the implementation of cash pooling, syndication implementation, and various audits (FCPA…) • Accounting software: SAGE, COSTPOINT (Deltek), Quickbooks) Team 22 personnel in Paris/HQU (8 in 2007) / 25 Outside (Abu Dhabi, KSA, Qatar, Bucharest, Abidjan...)

In charge of improving debt of a group of 150 companies (sales €12bn , 45,000 people, total balance sheet €6bn).

4 - Business controller – International Operations Division : Reporting, strategic studies, investment control (2001-2002) 3 - Head of Credit Management department Setting up and running of the Credit Management Department in charge of credit exposure (€1bn) at the Group level: definition of norms, control of exposure and risk assessment for France and direct exports. Team of 6 persons (2000-2001). 2 - Sales finance : responsible for Europe, Africa, Latin America.In charge of setting up and securing export sales for cross border operations. Negotiation of joint agreements with local sales financing entities (Eastern European subsidiaries). Coordinating financial issues with subsidiaries. Relationship management with Banks and Export Credit Agencies (1998-2000) 1 - Sales Manager – International Organisations Division In charge of defining and implementing sales policies with international organisations (United Nations, Japanese trade companies, etc.). Follow-up of projects financed by the World Bank, the European Commission and other multilateral funding institutions. (1995-98)

3 - Area Manager – Business Development Department : Promoting and developing BCEOM's activity in the Middle East, Northern Africa and Latin America.Follow-up of BCEOM's representatives, definition of development strategies in target countries, negotiations of contracts with public administrations, follow-up of relations with international funding organisations (World Bank, EC, Regional Development Funds, EBRD; Arab funds, etc.). 2 - Consultant- Financial advice to local entities 1 - Head of BCEOM's branch office in MOROCCO (National service / VIE) . Management of the branch office : Financial : reduction of arrears, costs and non-transferred amounts. Sales development: sales multiplied by 5, orders by 15.

Interim management. Consulting Engineer in Building and Public works, with presence in London and Moscow. Accounting, Controlling, Treasurey, Billing, Collection, IT -6 months in 2016).

Recruitment as Deputy CFO as part of a succession plan to current CFO. In charge of several companies in Switzerland, France and local entities. Team of 12 with 50% outside France. Part of Infront/Wanda group. Team 12 with 50% out of France. Company in charge of TV production for major sports events (FIFA World Cup 2018), member of Infront/Wanda group (China).
