– Ensuring the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety and Sustainability Systems for Bis' east coast operations (QLD, NSW, SA & TAS). Supporting the business groups with the delivery of the Zero Harm Plan in accordance with the overall business strategy, and guiding the business in achieving its goals with a positive and pro-active approach to safety.

– Moranbah North Mine (underground metallurgical coal) - safety and health management for underground and surface operations. Management of a team of H&S professionals, including nurses and paramedics (injury management officers), providing 24/7 coverage for the mine. Incident and injury management, SHMS review and updates, extensive risk management. Acting SHE Manager and member of various corporate working groups.

– Responsible for implementation of the PNG operations and Safety strategic plan. Instrumental in rolling out the Oil Search Life Saving Rules (fatal risk protocols) company wide. Accountable for coaching and mentoring direct reports, and providing technical advice and wide-ranging assistance on various issues to the field management team. – Health, Safety & Environment Senior Advisor for ESCO's Australasian operations (Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia). Providing strategic direction & operational advice to fabrication workshops, mine site service, sales / warehousing & foundry operations. – Major Contract Advisor - BMA.
