For all brands of the group, ranging from Luxury cosmetics to Consumer Market Brands, provided IT expertise on 2 main areas: Omnichannel ● Participated in Omni Channel project from IT Retail team. o Creation of technical and functional specifications o Creation of test cases from a global Omnichannel perspective o Testing and validation of the proposed solution o Monitoring of the different tasks Application Expert - IT Retail Deployment and assistance of a Core Model Retail solution to our subsidiaries on a Americas scope (Over 200 boutiques) ● Assist IT Retail Applications AVP as level 3 Lead ● Work with Business Key Users to define requirements and specifications ● Managed several projects, including but not limited to: o Implementation of a Mobility IOS retail solution in stores, based on IIS servers, Ipads and Ipods o Redefinition of the promotional process within existing environment o Involved in Level 3 support on a Americas scope

Deployment and assistance of a Core Model Retail solution to our subsidiaries on a worldwide scope (Over 2700 boutiques). • INTERNATIONAL EXPERTISE: International deployments and expertise workshops to answer local needs (South Africa, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Brazil, USA, Europe) • TECHNOLOGY INNOVATIONS: Evolved the customer experience and maximized engagement by introducing technologies such as Mobile POS, e-receipts, Omnichannel, Clienteling. • PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Managed full life cycle of U.S. POS implementation for 120 stores in the Luxury Product Division. Partnered with business and IT leaders to define project strategy, objectives, requirements, and priorities.  • TEAM BUILDING & LEADERSHIP: Mentored and trained a team of 6+ high-performing IT professionals capable of delivering best-in-class software support to meet the needs of the business. • BUSINESS-IT PARTNERSHIPS: Developed strong working relationships with key business stakeholders across marketing, CRM, supply chain, sales, and finance groups.
