Context & Objectives: Appointed to support the Business Division in adopting Agile methodologies and transitioning from a siloed, project-based structure to a multidisciplinary, product-oriented way of working. Designed and implemented a proof of concept for Agile practices within the Business division. Facilitated collaboration across cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Communication, Digital, and Sales, aligned with the end-to-end customer lifecycle. Executed the change strategy to foster multidisciplinary teams and break down silos. Contributed to the design of the Agile Scaling Model for business teams. Key Contributions & Results: Implemented and tailored the Agile Way of Working for Marketing teams. Designed and facilitated Agile team kick-off events. Ensured teams were equipped to apply Agile principles and embrace self-organisation. Facilitated core Agile ceremonies: reviews, retrospectives, stand-ups, and sprint planning. Provided individual coaching for Product Owners and Scrum Masters, including onboarding and role development. Conducted Agile maturity assessments to guide continuous improvement. Co-authored the first version of the Scaling Model for Business Operations, defining core roles, responsibilities, ceremonies, and planning cycles.

Lean and Agile Middle East (Agile ME) is a community organization founded by group of agile enthusiasts to promote Lean, Agile development principles and practices in Middle East. Agile ME facilitates public meetings, lectures, workshops to foster lean thinking and increase agile awareness and understanding, as well as a way for agile practitioners to collaborate, share their experiences and advance agile adoption.
