Key Achievements: I was recruited to build the 900 employees’ company online university and bring a vision to the digital learning strategy. I bootstrapped the empty LMS into a rich learning destination with more than 200 modules, 150 videos, and 4500 hours spent. We recently started a global gamified program of onboarding and promotion of employees learning paths. Focus is put on onboarding our 30+ monthly new employees. Learning activities include role-playing quiz, skills-based certification and micro-certification programs, gamification, lean training and rapid learning, video and social learning, communities of practice, learner generated content, and more. What I learned: the learning company does not separate work and learning; learning relies on learners, and managers.

Key Achievements: reporting to the CISO, I designed, launched and manage the global cybersecurity awareness campaign and anti-phishing campaign (10K+ users worldwide), while evangelizing and training local security teams. What I learned: changing people behavior requires creativity and full commitment.

Key Achievements: the Vigiware.com platform addressed the compliance certification community need for an easy, user-friendly tool to create, launch and manage awareness campaigns without any technical skills. Developed in Ruby, Vigiware.com allowed the campaign managers to launch a cybersecurity awareness campaign in less than 5 minutes. The pedagogical content was focused on role-playing quizzes, using spaced repetition and flipped classroom concepts in a gamified and mobile environment. Our clients included Dassault Systems, Enedis, Safran. What I learned: YouTube is the n°1 destination for employees looking for solutions and answers, not their employers’ lms.

Key Achievements: I designed and directed the learning strategy and execution for the 10.000+ information system users across Europe, based on on-site in class training across 15 countries. New system came with sensitive organizational and cultural change, involving political instability, system failure and users not willing to change. Risks where reevaluated constantly. Educational content included processes and IT simulators. It was deployed by 50 professional trainers in 7 languages. I also directed the training for diverse populations of users, including drivers, managers, C-level and end-user plant workers, in Spanish, English and French, to the use of new processes and new system. What I learned: employees don’t fear change when they feel they got involved; real change management is risky, requires total engagement from managers and c-level sponsoring; learning is social.

Key Achievements: Designing tailor-made e-learning environments; Managing small team of UX/UI designers and flash developers. What I learned: quality e-learning is efficient but costly; culture is key.

Key Achievements: I designed the technical part of a webdesign 800+hours certified diploma program, and trained 200+ professional, corporate employees and unemployed. Classes counted 10 to 15 people. What I learned: all classes are different; girls love coding.

Key Achievements: I evangelized about collective intelligence and new media to high-level civil servants and businessmen. I produced the video live streaming of the conferences and workshops and live interaction during workshops at events. What I learned: digital will change the world, but the future is centered on human; politics is not about action.
