• Liberkeys is now a team of 40+ FTEs and 150+ independent sales with a revenue of +4M€ that sells properties with 4.9/5 rating (Trustpilot, 3200+ verified reviews) and develops a software (Dome) for its own network and B2B • Member of the Strategic Committee (Board), Executive Committee (COMEX) and Management Committee (CODIR) • Involved in the hiring process of most key people of the company as well as various roles (sales, HR, marketing) • Lastly in charge of the Business Performance team : Data, Operations & Finance – 4 FTEs • Built & own the business plan and reporting actual vs plan from revenue to cash • Reviewed and challenged our Accounting analytics as well as OPEX planning and policies • Own the daily to quarterly business reporting & reviews • Delivered and applied strategic analyses and recommendations regarding pricing, margin optimization, company model, business units closure, revenue & cash forecasting, onboarding tracks, etc.. • Built and managed a team of up to 4 analysts that built Liberkeys data stack to provides dashboards to the top management, business managers and agents, automation to improve our operations, delivered weekly and monthly business reporting and analyses that drove strategic decisions • Negotiate and manage our listing publication contracts (+250k€ / year) and optimize our publication process • Negotiate and build processes, automations and reporting related to our ATS (Lever) as agent recruitment is one of our key metrics to develop revenue • In charge of our GDPR compliance roadmap • Formerly in charge of Data & Operations and Data & Marketing : started and build the Liberkeys Marketing team (up to 3 FTEs) for 3 years while building Liberkeys Business Performance team (up to 3 FTEs) • Started B2B Operations in 2021 to sell our software Dome to real estate agencies : CRM (Hubspot) set-up, lead generation, reporting and dashboards for a team of 4 sales (MRR, sales cycle, churn, conversion rates..)

• Products activation – management of the activation process, in relation with different teams: legal, content, pricing, logistics – creation of VBA Excel tools • Business case to determine the next targeted country: macroeconomic analysis, market analysis, market sizing, sales forecasts, competitive intelligence, legal environment analysis • Project management: management of a country launch, discussion with all involved team managers of the company, deadline set up, project tracking, strategic decisions • Reporting: conception of file for different types of reports (Category Management, Top-Sellers Management, Performance review for Top-Management & Investors)

• Market analysis to follow products performance: KPI definition related to the product strategy, creation and distribution of dashboards, competitive intelligence • Analysis of the strategic issues related to a market and long and short term sales modeling for the budgetary process and 5-year strategic planning • Competitive Intelligence (Competitor launch performance & clinical trials progresses) • Sales force performance analysis and elaboration of the segmentation and targeting strategy • Project management related to the products strategic development • Management of the market researches
