This internship was both technical (INSA) and management (TBS) oriented. I was directly reporting to the Chief Software Architect in the Cloud Engineering Department. • Automate technical procedures (Gradle, Google Repo, Bash) • Deploy and migrate to a new repository manager (Nexus Sonatype) • Write the procedure to build the software of 3 different dev teams from scratch • Propose procedure improvements to have a better Disaster Recovery Plan • Find KPIs and rules to balance work between Quality code/Features/UI&UX that can make a consensus between all involved teams. • Build a case to explain the benefits of doing open source at Sigfox. Find the rules that everybody agree on to make it happen.

Indiaction is an INSA student association that helps Indian orphanages in the need. We found and contacted an Indien Orphanage that could use our help. During a year we gathered money through different events and then flew to India to give them the money and to participate for 4 weeks to the construction of a new building.
