Context : Allianz Technology France had been leveraging planview for more than 10 years to manage their IT activities (Resource Management, Financials, Documentation...). I joined the active 1.800 users to facilitate planview's use toward the end of its life cycle after the decision to switch to a group solution. 1️⃣𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 ☑️Support user base (1800 active licences with important turnover & train key users (Manager, PMOs..) ☑️Lead key business use cases: budget exercises, domain resource planning, monthly KPIs... 2️⃣𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 & 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ☑️Re-align configuration with org. processes ☑️Reduce operating costs : - Quarterly upgrades: reduced from 10 man-days to 3 - Third-party maintenance: reduced from 15 days/year to 5 3️⃣𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 "𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻" ☑️Identified process gaps and their impact on tools ecosystem ☑️Designed and implemented a “double-run” between the Group and France SaaS solutions ☑️Raise management awareness about the scope of gaps and upcoming change effort
