I will be involved in many of these customer projects, but will also look at improving Comsof's current processes, templates and tools for successfully managing projects and work towards a continuous improvement environment company-wide.

Early 2016, MIPS acquired Fresco Consult to add LIS DaVinci for pathology laboratories to its portfolio. We integrated incrementally into the MIPS processes and culture although remaining a separate entity, on an operational level.
