I am a passionate IT/SI Consultant and Digital Transformation Specialist with a strong foundation in project management, enterprise architecture, and business process optimization. I partner with public and private sector organizations to design and implement strategic, sustainable digital solutions — particularly within complex governance and regulatory environments. Over the past several years, I have successfully led high-impact digital transformation initiatives across West Africa, contributing to: – Modernization of government services (e.g., justice, pensions, ID systems) – Strategic IT governance and business process reengineering – Development of interoperable Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) leveraging the GovStack approach – Advancing public sector innovation, digital finance, and inclusive service design I hold certifications in CAPM®, ITIL® v4, Six Sigma, Business Analysis (ECBA™), and multiple GovStack Building Blocks. My approach is rooted in agile, data-driven methodologies, ensuring accelerated impact while maintaining alignment with international standards and best practices. In addition to consulting, I am deeply committed to education and capacity building, helping to upskill professionals and civil servants in digital project delivery, innovation management, and public sector transformation.
