As a senior product designer, I am a consultant for Uphold, via Deeploy.me. I focus on refining and improving our design system, especially for the Manager tool, our cornerstone enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This tool is essential for managing user control, transactions, and operations within Uphold Wallet and Topper, serving 462.5K users monthly and playing a pivotal role in our efficiency and success. In collaboration with Engineering and Customer Support, I work on improving the Manager Tool's usability by updating the UI kit and component library. My efforts include introducing more flexible components, such as accordions, to streamline navigation and improve access to information. I also propose solutions for the app based on user data behaviors and company goals, using the design thinking process to ensure that our solutions align with user needs and provide the best possible experience.

Consulting specialized in UX/UI for the following projects: XP Investimentos, São Paulo, Brazil As a Senior UX/UI Designer, I have had the opportunity to work on a project to create a new user journey inside a stock software. My role was to design and develop a user interface that was intuitive and enjoyable for users. I worked closely with the software development team to ensure the design conformed to the software's architecture. I also utilized user testing to gain valuable insights and guide the design process. This allowed us to create an interface that was easy to use and provided a great user experience. My work resulted in a successful launch of the new user journey.
