Over my 5.5 year-tenure at BT, I have progressively grown into each role that I have assumed, both personally and professionally. Started as a Technology Analyst, being selected as the youngest member in BT's flagship product team, BT Cloud Voice. As my role evolved into more product management and stakeholder collaboration than technical expertise, I was also entrusted with leading focused product teams dedicated to solving problems that had no precedent at the organisation, during BT's ongoing technology transformation projects on 5G adoption. Most recently, I served as the Product Manager for BT SHOP and Argon (our internal pricing engine): both crucial products in the transformation portfolio, reporting directly to BT India's Principal Architect. For another Identity Access Management product (SIDaaS), I am proud to have designed and led the product development of its messaging architecture from the ground-up, while working with an international product team. The product, SiDaaS reached ~90% accuracy post-launch, also achieving pre-defined KPIs such as new user onboarding and significant decrease in time spent per user login, for all apps in the ecosystem.

Stepped outside my comfort zone, and into the challenging yet rewarding world of startups. o9 aims to disrupt the digital enterprise planning and operations space across various industries, with their AI-powered decision management software. Led critical API evaluations between AWS and Azure, working closely with the CTO on defining the future product roadmap. As one of the founding engineers at a young startup that went on to become a unicorn, my work encompassed building the next generation digital supply-chain platform, and dealing with unknowns, steep challenges on a daily basis.

Joined as a fresh computer science graduate, and added value to each component team of Amdocs' flagship CEX (Customer Experience) product suite. Owned creation and enhancements for omnichannel product journeys (search, recommendation, comparison between 4G devices and tariffs) for Verizon and AT&T. Eliminated 85% of malicious queries in CRM product suite, preventing an estimated $750K in potential security breaches in 5M+ customer records. Delivered customization project of Sales Engine that powers ordering systems during M&A phase for a French startup Streamezzo, ensuring seamless data migration for 10K users.

Successfully completed three-month summer internship under the guidance of distinguished scientist Prof. B.B. Chaudhari : Head, Computer Vision And Pattern Recognition Unit (CVPR), Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. Worked standalone on the project and delivered my final report on: "Statistical quantification and analysis of graphonomic aspects in Bengali handwritten text". An opportunity to work under such a distinguished scientist in the field of Computer Vision at ISI has been a wonderful learning experience in the field of applied Computer Science.
