► Responsibilities: • Coded, verified and implemented HL7 solutions. • Transformed and stored HL7 messages through the integration engine. • Responsible for new development, defects, or analysis. • Application’s performance improvement. • Extensively working on M!Table, APD or translation in multiple languages (For example, English, Greek, Russian, French, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, etc) • Upgrade the application from an older version to the latest Centura version ► Achievements: • Created HL7 messages verification tool to reduce manual efforts. • Development and support of communication between the applications using HL7. For example: HIS system or PACS or any other third-party application. • Extensive performance improvement – Coming with innovative ideas to improve performance. • Analyzed and developed an innovative way to help future development and verification: o Database comparison tool to extract the difference between the two databases. o Auto-generate database schema in a visual format using SchemaSpy o Migrating MaxNumber physical table (old way) to Oracle Sequence without impacting other applications. o Migrating VBScript to C# code o Developed an application to generate PDF report from an XML input using PDFSharp. • Converted TD application to C# .Net or MVVM application. • Developed MVVM application to interact with Google Speech API

► Responsibilities: • Responsible for new CR development, run-time issues and resolving user queries on day to day basis. • Preparing cost estimation for each assigned task or change request (CR). • Extensive interaction with clients to understand their business requirements. Suggest a better solution if there are any other simpler possibilities. ► Achievements: • Successfully migrated all Centura-based application from older version (v4.1) to the newer version (v5.2). • Implemented export to “Excel” (Not CSV) with macro functionality. I was also able to control excel functionality totally (Column enabled/disabled etc..). • Had incorporated web service communication with running applications. • Improved import (.txt file) performance from 6hrs to 6mins and have been appreciated by all users. • Multi language reporting: Different regional users were requesting for legal reports in their local regional language like Portuguese.

► Responsibilities: • Performance improvement • Implemented DTS packages to transfer data from Oracle database to SQL Server database. • Created new views & procedures to gather all data in require format and report calculation respectively. So the further process would be easier to show up in report. • Implemented database jobs and executed after the completion of data migration. These jobs are used to recalculate the whole report with newly affected data. These jobs were using complex procedures written in the database for report calculation. • Provided training to team members on the database complexity. • Maintained an issue log for the client transparency purpose.

► Roles and Responsibilities: • Investigation/Development/Unit testing for any new CR development/enhancement. • Prepared cost estimation for each assigned task or change request (CR). • Maintaining each CR documents with its technical solution, cost estimation and test cases in detail. • Allocate work to other team members as per their capability. ★ Worked as DBA & Developer: • Developed, maintained and optimized all different database objects like procedures, triggers etc.. • Performance improvement on requirement basis. • Taking care of backups, logs, restoration and for restoring the database with respective user rights. ► Achievements: • Successfully migrated Centura based application from older version (v3.0) to newer version (v5.2). • Database migration from SqlBase 8.5 to Sql Server 2005. • Also successfully migrated in all different languages like Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Portugal, English etc… • Performance improvement of critical reports from hours on hours to few minutes to generate. • Provided Sql Server 2005 developer training to team members.

• I started working as Centura developer. • Migration and modules (Admin and HR) enhancement was my key responsibility. • I successfully migrated all modules (Especially Admin and HR) Oracle database to Sql Server 2005 was my key role and responsibility. • Resolving issues of after migration and making application stable was my key achievement. • I also got the opportunity to work as Junior Sql Server 2005 Developer and DBA. Creation and maintaining database objects like Procedures, triggers etc.. was my key area. • As junior DBA my responsibility was to take database backup, restore database in case of failure. • On user requirement I look for performance issue and improve it as much as possible.
