My team and I are responsible for the fast and efficient handling of customer orders, alternating between kitchen duties and front-desk service. Our responsibilities include: -Strict compliance with HACCP food safety standards -Effective stress management during peak hours -Accurate order processing and fulfillment

The objective of my internship is to gain a solid understanding of both the theoretical and practical foundations of key IT operations, including technical incident resolution, equipment maintenance, user support, and cybersecurity management. In my free time, I work as a kitchen assistant (EDR), where I am responsible for all aspects of meal preparation to support the site’s chef or cook.

We were assigned to carry out a passenger counting survey across all lines of the RER B.
