Crafting digital experiences as a freelance for non-profit organizations and an e-commerce platform

1) Lead Product Designer - BNPP (2020-2025) Working within the internal Design Squad for Advisors Interfaces at BNP Paribas in an Agile environment. Collaborated with multidisciplinary squads (PM, PO, dev) on various products such as customer file, corporate file, business tools, and AI companion. Managed two designers and one motion designer. 2) Product Designer - Dassault Systèmes (2020-2023) Working with another designer to improve Dassault Systèmes digital ecosystem, under the management of the main Project Manager. Our mission included: • the complete redesign of the Products & Services section (e-commerce) • the complete redesign of the Support section • the improvement of the blog ecosystem 3) Design Thinking facilitator - BNPP (2019-2020) Rationalized and scaled workshop creation workflow, facilitated collaborative workshops across the banking ecosystem. 4) Other missions include: - building the ‘Design War Room’ at Source : a design knowledge base and toolkit - E-commerce: Jow (usability audit), Asmodee (ideation workshops), Sector Alarm (redesign of the website) - SaaS: Smart+ (crafting the platform to manage electrical consumption in Monaco)
