Since I joined KPMG Corporate Finance, I have been involved in several missions including: University PPP tender process (France, >300m€ CAPEX); Parking portfolio transaction (France, >100m€ deal value); Utility project tender process (France, >50m CAPEX); Airport group M&A transaction (Europe, >1bn€ total deal value); Metro operation tender process (Middle East); Several renewables assets portfolio valuation. As an Associate, my role encompasses: Financial modelling of complex deals; Financial structuration; Negotiations with lenders upon contractual documentation; Negotiations with contracting authorities in tender processes.

EMLYON Junior Conseil is a consulting firm run by 20 students of EMLYON (Turnover 2014: 300k€) As a Project Manager, I  lead market researches,  design communication campaigns  establish business plans for our clients (small to large companies). As Financial Officer, I was in charge of the daily financial management of the structure:  Yearly Budget management (around 300k€)  Monthly Tax and social declarations  Accounts receivables, accounts payable and workers' compensation management  Accounting duties

onFeedback is a startup offering a feedback collection and analysis system and poised to make a breakthrough in the customer intelligence market. During this internship, I was responsible for several projects, in particular  I performed Market research, startup sourcing and Investor research  I led a crowdfunding campaign  I managed Search Engine Marketing efforts (Google Adwords)  I worked on Business Development for France (leads acquisition)

COVED is one of the three biggest French firms in the collection and treatment of waste. As a substitute of employees on vacation, I was in charge for the whole regional Business Unit of:  daily encashment (around 25k€/day)  invoice reconciling  customers and suppliers relations related to the Accounting Department
