Production Manager of the Machining & Surface Treatment Department: - Management of a multidisciplinary team of +100 people (3 production managers, production operators, quality controllers, methods/industrialization, etc.) - Establish load plans, quantities, volumes, production rates, for production lines - Plan, organize and coordinate production activities - Manage production budgets and schedules - Define and monitor performance indicators - Establish working and quality control methods - Reporting on production performance - Maximize the use of materials, labor and equipment - Analyze medium/long term risks - Optimize and improve the Surface Treatment & Machining department (Lean Manufacturing)

Manage a New Equipment production activity including machining, assembly and testing. Main activities : - Ensure the manufacture (machining, assembly and testing) of equipment in compliance with deadline / quality / budget objectives - Manage and coordinate the teams supporting the production lines (Logistics, sales administration, planning and quality) - Ensure the personal development of his team in relation to the HR department - Ensure the smooth running of flows and logistics - Ensure compliance with the safety requirements of personnel and equipment - Manage customer demand and develop the production plan - Ensure communication relating to production to customers in conjunction with program and sales functions - Provide reporting on the progress of the activity for all of its internal customers - Ensure compliance with product and system quality requirements - Be the leader in continuous improvement for all the processes of its activity - Management team + 30 people (Operators + Line Manager + Product Planner)

Responsibility of 2 machining production cells (OE + MRO) of the site. Production planning (S&OP, MRP, Workshop Plan) Human-machine capacity load Missing parts analysis, risk review, LOB, KPI Implementation of automated tools for decision-making for the work of the workers schedulers: WIP / planning workshop / grablist / inventory reduction, work in progress and quality clinic / analysis of fluctuations of customer requests / etc. Lean Manufacturing Projects: NPI production transfer from Claverham UK to Vernon for the machining part: logistics, procurement, methods, customer demand planning, etc.

2nd year: Logistic / Planning / Supply Chain Projects Planning and logistic of a MRO production cell activity (improvement on the reverse logistic demand and schedule, forecast error planning, setting up a MRP, WIP and KPI, material and information flows, Capacity utilization, continuous improvement) Lean Manufacturing Projects : resettlement of two production warehouses and the reception / expedition area to maximize the added value of each operator. 1st Year: Purchasing / Supply Chain Projects Management of the global purchasing process for the machining center: KPI, delay, stock, OTD and backorder. Setting up of the process « Re-launch Suppliers » and the treatment of exception messages on our ERP to reduce our backorders and minimize our stock value. Lean Manufacturing Projects : Design of the layout of the assembly line of a new product on our warehouse for the Mirage 3 plane: process, flows, facilities, line balancing. Long-term objectives: - Understand the global process of supply chain & logistic. - Acquire skills in relation with the various servies (logistic, purchasing, supply, and so on). - Have good command of the ERP SAP. - Implementation of a strong and standard process Sales & OPs.
