L.systems was primarily created to meet the needs of SMEs wishing to qualitatively upgrade their IT infrastructure without having to bear expensive investments. To achieve this, it maintains a shared virtual desktop infrastructure with its own teams. Création Business plan, financing plan, interactions with banking institutions, accountants, and lawyers... Développement • Accounting invoice codification software (Javascript, NodeJS, CouchDB). • IT procedure management software designed using an internal framework developed by myself for the occasion using CEF, allowing the development of desktop clients with web technologies (CSS / HTML / Javascript). Architecture Implementation of the virtual desktop infrastructure with the help of an employed engineer. Installation / configuration of VMware and a SAN based on EqualLogic arrays. Network configuration. Creation of installation procedures for each element using our dedicated software. I am constantly looking for new challenges to develop, so do not hesitate to share your various projects with me!

Senior developer and architect

Emeria (formerly Foncia) set itself the major challenge of developing a cloud-based software platform to manage its entire business scope (condominium management, rental management, real estate transactions, etc.). The group invested millions of euros in the project, but due to failing project management, this investment was in jeopardy. I was therefore recruited by the new CTO as a senior developer to provide my technical and software architecture expertise and participate, alongside others, in getting the project back on track. Scope 1 (Real estate transaction management): • Analysis and diagnosis of reliability and performance issues within the real estate transaction management tool. • Redevelopment of a significant portion of the most critical/sensitive modules, notably the real estate agent commission engine. • Complete overhaul of data modeling. • Improvement of response times (reduction from several minutes to less than one second). • Unit and integration tests to validate reliability and performance. Scope 2 (Technological standardization): • Overhaul of the technological foundations for all of the group's microservices. • Mutualization and code sharing across microservices. • Emergence of technical uniformity based on the implementation of best practices. • Ensuring compatibility with existing systems to minimize the impact of changes. • Deployment of changes across a large portion of the microservices (work still in progress at the end of the mission). • Documentation of new technological foundations and best practices. Scope 3 (Tooling and Infrastructure): • Contribution to CI/CD improvements. • Participation in the improvement of an internal tool facilitating routine operations on the group's infrastructure for developers.

Hired directly by CoorpAcademy within the Ekino team responsible for developing the company's platform. The platform, one of the first online MOOCs, was designed to allow users to follow video courses and then validate knowledge acquisition through a short self-assessment. CoorpAcademy's main issue was that development was not progressing at the desired pace and the team seemed no longer able to maintain a sufficient level of quality for a product that was starting to sell well. • Mentoring and upskilling teams (junior profiles and technological career changers) through in-depth code reviews (PRs). • Definition and enforcement of development best practices within the team. • Architectural design for the platform's internationalization (i18n). • Implementation of the testing strategy, including the deployment of the first functional tests. • Technical migration of the routing system from Angular to an alternative router, more complex and better suited to new functional requirements. • Refactoring and optimization of existing code to simplify readability and eliminate recurring bugs.

TF1 wished to entirely overhaul its web infrastructure, currently based on an old PHP monolith that few people were still able to modify, to move toward a more modern Node.js approach based on a headless API. I was hired in this context as a lead developer to enable this transformation. • Design and development of a comprehensive CRM intended to centralize the management of TF1 Group data. • High-performance technical architecture (Node.js / ElasticSearch) to meet demanding requirements for response times and robustness. • Guaranteeing code quality and solution stability. • Creation of a Backoffice PoC consuming the CRM API (via Angular.js). • Development of a library of generic components aimed at industrializing and accelerating the development of the group's future back offices. Also participated in the creation of a backoffice PoC based on the API provided by the project. The latter, built using Angular.js, was designed to allow future site developments based on the project to start more quickly. Notably, a number of generic components were developed to be used as-is for the group's future backoffices.
