Provided technical engineering support for Shell’s global offshore wind portfolio, with a focus on offshore substation (OSS) electrical systems, grid integration, and power system studies. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: - Supported the definition and review of OSS electrical package designs across multiple early-phase offshore wind projects. - Conducted screening and concept studies to assess electrical configurations and grid connection options. - Reviewed power system studies, including RMS and EMT analyses, to ensure grid code compliance. - Provided technical input during tender preparation and vendor evaluations, supporting project development and contracting decisions.

Led the electrical package activities for Hexicon’s floating offshore wind developments, covering full electrical system design, procurement support, and grid connection across multiple international projects. Key Projects: - TwinHub (32 MW, UK): Supervised Pre-FEED deliverables for the electrical package. Managed and reviewed power system studies, prepared RFQ documentation, and evaluated FEED contractor proposals. Delivered CAPEX estimates and managed supplier engagement for dynamic and static submarine cables, switchgears, transformers, and backup power systems. - TwinWay (6 MW, Norway): Defined the main electrical system concept and preliminary CAPEX. Oversaw FEED contractor activities, coordinated grid code compliance, and managed day-to-day interface with design and system study teams to ensure alignment with project schedule and technical requirements. - Munmu Baram (1.3 GW, South Korea): Provided technical support on the OSS electrical design, FEED coordination, and review of power system studies and grid connection requirements.
