- Support the PreSales team during RFI/RFP/RFQ for the professional services (SOW, Planning, Cost, Quotation, Organisation, Defense meetings) - Estimation of the yearly budget, presentation of monthly forecast in term of cost and revenue - Present the internal and external Kick Off meetings - Manage the daily operations with respect of good quality, within the scope and ontime - Accountable on the P&L - Animate the Weekly/monthly/Quarterly routing meeting with customer, and send the corresponding minutes of meetings. - Ensure the respect of the contractual SLA according to the contract - Level 2 escalation management Technical Environment : Online Charging System (part of BSS product), PCRF, DEA/EIR, IT Infrastructure

- Responsible for all activities related to production environment - Project Management support for the projects in production : planning, resources forecast, process - Weekly meetings with customer for the follow up of production activities - Setup the rollout process with SFR on production environment - Present the rollout strategy for each new release (context, operations details, impact study, definition of KPIs for post operations follow up) - Lead the relationship with Huawei subcontractors, related to the IT infrastructure installation - Accountable on the different milestones of the projects in production side.
