As the Regional Commercial Director for the Netherlands and Germany, I am responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and commercial growth in these key markets. As Business Director for the Netherlands I am involved in the development and maintenance of client relationships with a focus on permanent and temporary Recruitment, Recruitment Outsourcing and Talent Advisory. In this role I am assisting the various specialized recruitment teams we have to combine their strengths and capabilities to help our clients and candidates to fulfill their unique potential.

As Senior Manager Executive Search and Tax & Treasury within our office in Amsterdam, I am responsible for Executive Search assignments in general and specialised finance, tax & treasury roles. Responsible for winning assignments through business development and account management, sharing expertise and experience with colleagues and searching and selecting the right candidates for vacancies at hand. In executive search assignments I focus on executive staff (eg General Manager, CEO, CFO, COO, Finance Director, Tax Director, Audit Director, Treasury Manager).
