𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝟏 : 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈, 𝐟𝐢𝐱𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐲𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 (𝟏 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫) I led the creation from scratch of a new web application which allows fixing errors occured in already paid copyrights. It should calculate the good new amounts, generate the fixing mouvements and push them in the target engine. Sacem pays about 800 million euros of copyrights per year. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝟐 & 𝟑: 𝐔𝐧𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐲𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐔𝐧𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐲𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 ( 𝟐 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬) Once the project1 brought full satisfaction, Sacem entrusted me with two new projects. I led the build of the product in charge of unblocking copyrights pending (unknown members) and also those belonging to unregistered known members. There are two ways of data treatment, a manual one(webapps) and an automatic one (batch) 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬: Agile pilot project: It was the first project managed in agile, many stakeholders didn't believe in agility yet. All the other teams we depend on are in waterfall methodology All my team members are newcomers and they don’t have any knowledges about Sacem business 𝐏𝐎 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬: Create backlog from scratch: INVEST User Stories, Epics and Themes Guide the roadmap according to Business Value, cost and technical constraints Writing user Stories with acceptance criterias. Test and validation of built user stories Lead the Demo meeting with the different stakeholders (business team, CIO, architects, users,.. ) Plan technical and functional architecture meetings Create wireframes respecting User Friendly principles 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬: Progress Report to all stakeholders: risks, alerts, deadlines. Identify sticking points with other teams we depend on. Supervising QA teams and managing raised bugs to fix Writing external interface document in co-working with the developers Permanent communication with other teams we depend on (external web services).

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 “𝐂𝐑𝐌” : 𝐀 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐱𝐲 As part of the redesign of the whole Page Jaune Information System, I led the development of the proxy relating Salesforce to all the other internal applications. I coordinate with many external teams we depend on: Salesforce, external developers, operation, architects and managers. 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬: Deadline: we should deliver a stable release in only 6 months, the proxy was the bottleneck of the chain. Complex organisation: 4 PO, 3 managers, 4 dev in Paris, 1 dev in Morocco, 1 dev in Bordeaux 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: [Chasse Terrain]: Allowing a commercial seller to self-assign an account instantly. [Real Time] make the account assignment immediate instead of a delai of 2 days. 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 : 2011 to 2013 : Product Owner 2008 to 2011 : Developer with a rotate scrum master role 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭: AVSP AVSP is the main orange product offering streaming video/TV on smartphones.A huge product with more than 20 sub-projects and several providers (Alcatel, Atomiz, Dailymotion, Atos, Plurimedia). I accomplished an important role of coordination with all these providers and contractors. Challenge SLA: With 1 million req/day and 25,000 simultaneous streams, we respond to 99% of requests in less than 1 second. 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞: I succeeded in reducing the rate of unsuccessful production delivery from 30% to 0 %.
