The purpose of the role is to build and manage the group core network for dependent services such as data, voice, satellite and customer networks. To ensure fluid operability between LiquidTelecom Operating companies 1. Core Network Design and Development • Contribute and decide on dimension and routing of core network elements. • Contribute to improvements of the core network. • Contribute to technical documentation on new services, technical issues and projects. 2. Network Planning, Tuning and Analysis • Provide proactive network upgrade recommendations not limited to undersea links, long distance links (DWDM) and routing protocols. 3. Network/Product Development and Innovation • Contribute to new / enhancement of products and service design, • Improve current products in line with technology or new requirements • Transform requirements into technical products. • Validate network designs and solutions from presales teams 4. Project Work • Work singly or as part of a team or core network projects • Take ownership of allocated projects paying attention to deliverables and time constrains • Utilise industry and technical knowledge to efficiently accomplish the assign projects. • Implement new services and solutions and provide related documentation.  Respond incoming Service Requests from customers, Sales Engineers and Sales team via telephone, online networks and email.  Diagnose, troubleshoot and debug Spirent and third party computer networking equipment.  Communicate with Engineers and Product Managers regarding, bugs and follows-up to make sure fixes are received and tested.  Advises management on product development issues arising from product problems identified through technical support calls with customers.  Handles customer problems that appear to arise from the use of the product.  Completes and maintains records of customer issues, product defect, etc, using Spirent’s CRM tools (Siebel).  Occasional on-site training and support for Spirent customers Customer oriented, ability to work with customers in a professional manner\  Diverse problem solving requires evaluating best practices – both for high customer satisfaction and higher process efficiency within team.  Decision making within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions  Ability to work with little supervision on routine daily workload and projects, setting action plans and timelines independently, with communication on progress to management as required Work in a fast paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities Working with various technolgies/protocolos TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VPLS, LDP, RSVP, IS-IS, RIP, MPLS, Multi-protocol BGP, IPv4/IPv6 for all protocols, IGMP, PPP, DHCP,Ethernet, VoIP, PIM, VLAN, QoS, Triple Play, ATM, DSL Working with programming languages like TCL, C++, Python or Perl

• PAYU PROJECT Network troubleshoting • Resolving customer complaints in the shortest period of time possible • Configuration changes for various type of equipments: F5 load balancers, SRX 240, 550,Cisco ASA • Implementing SSL certificates on F5 load balancers • Managing the activitities for main data centers in Russia and Turkey Working with monitoring tools like Zabbix, ticketing system Jira Working with the following devices and technologies: VPN IPSEC site to site, Juniper Firewall SRX 240.550, Junipe switches EX3300, Cisco 2811, Cisco ASA 5500, F5 load balancer, SSL 2 way handshake for authorization Provide technical support for the other departments

Main activities and responsibilities: - Provide second level maintenance and restoration for the Data Network (IP). - Investigate, troubleshoot and summarize critical technical fault for the IP network. - Provide incident report on the technical fault for the IP network. - Escalate problem to vendor support and cooperate to resolve problem. - Manage high risk operations. - Execute preventive maintenance activities. - Tracing and debugging on various equipment. - Responsible for the handover of new projects from operational point of view and support for new services. Working with the following devices and technologies: - Cisco devices - almost all type of switch/router : 2500, 2600, 3500, 3550, 3650, 3750,7200,6500, 7600, 12000, CRS-3, Nexus 5000 and 7000 series, Cisco ASA, IOS and IOS XR, WISM, WLSM, WSG, ACE loadbalancer, Cisco ASA firewall; - Juniper(ISG, SSG, SRX 5800) - CheckPoint firewall(Smart Tracker, Smart Dashboard, Smart Monitor, Smart Domain Manager); - Alteon loadbalancers(4400 series); - Infoblox DNS servers, DHCP servers, TACACS servers(Cisco ACS); - Bytemobile platform configuration and troubleshooting; - Cisco/Starent GGSN ASR 5000 Series basic troubleshooting; - Technologies: MPLS, MPLS-TE, EIGRP, ISIS, QOS, IPSec VPN, firewall policies, application load balancers, MPBGP, interAS-VPN, L3VPN, VPLS,vPC, MC-LAG, Wireshark, BFD; - Experience with monitoring tools (nagios, solarwinds, Cisco Prime, E-HEALTH) - Involved in DNS Upgrade Project for Infoblox DNS systems

Provide technical support for B2B customers involving IP and VoIP solutions on a ticketing base system; Monitor our metropolitan SDH and IP network using specific instruments (Cacti,Nagios,Kiwi) Administer and maintain network documents Prepare technical specifications and procedures for technical maintenance works Configure Switches/CPE for our B2B customers Create and maintain domain name server (name-hosting, web-hosting, e-mail accounts).
