Performing operator functions in the CRO. Budget planning. Keeping the KŚT records. Preparation of periodic reports for the Central Statistical Office and DWIGE.

Team management: supervision of the 14MW steam boiler room, analysis laboratory, water preparation station, energy works, keeping a log of technical reports, monitoring and archiving of energy consumption states, creating operating instructions for devices, participation in on-the-job training, periodic evaluation of work results and development, motivating and disciplining employees, reporting to the Chief Power Engineer at the plant, ongoing cooperation with the production coordinator. Maintaining the continuous supply of process steam throughout the plant, ensuring the reliability of production and operation of central heating.
