Ensure the proper execution of the project. Project monitoring and control. Perform RF network design activities for in-building sites using ICS tool and iBwave. Translate customer requirements into clear designs for DAS systems, as required. Ensure data integrity in various morphology/topography databases. Prepare documentation for internal and external customers detailing system designs and configuration of deployed solutions, as required. Provide network optimization analysis and recommendations using a combination of simulation and network data Responsible for transferring technical knowledge to the client/client as required. Responsible for the management and use of the network design tool. Optimization of solutions to achieve the balance point between budget and technical efficiency. Elaboration of the BOQ and creation of purchase orders according to the initial solution proposed. Elaboration of the design and definition of the necessary equipment especially for lampsites such as DCU, h RRU, DPU, RHUB, pRRU, CAN, TAN, WIN ... etc. Validation of PIM measurements. Choice and studies of passive and active components for a good choice with less PIM problem and robustness against the elements (antennas, duplexer, splitter, combiners, amplifiers, feeders, jumpers)

Participates in clusters and major roads optimization campaigns to enhance company’s competitive position (Benchmarks). -Solves and corrects radio network problems according to agreed timing and standards set, to detect and highlight radio network deficiencies and to some extent predict future degradations. - Automatic cell planning (ACP) to enhance the network performance (DATA collection and preparation for GUL); -Co-ordinates roles execution and checking, with the RF planning, Rollout teams, to ensure that new sites have acceptable performance. -Co-ordinates with subcontractors. - Special action plan elaboration in order to ensure the VIP events and the special events (Festival of Mawazine , sports events…etc)

Suggest various hard and soft changes to achieve target KPI’s for assigned clusters. -Strong knowledge on protocols and Call flow. -Feature trial and implementation like Multi Carrier Activation, Call Re Establishment Etc. -Analysis of WCDMA Layer 3 messages, UETR (UE call trace), CTR (Cell Trace), call drop analysis, HO analysis, Throughput analysis, call failures. -Validate drive test coverage footprint against designed coverage. -Verify and validate the reports of the cluster’s DT by analyzing DT logs for problematic area and making solutions for bad coverage, quality and abnormal events. -The tuning of RNC parameters and timers. -Generating statistics for KPIs like RSCP, EcNo, Overlapping Areas, Throughput etc.for different traffic load conditions. -Proficient with post processing tools such as Tems, RFTool, Mapinfo Actix Unet ..etc. -Verify the sector/Site functionalities like Coverage-cell radius, Data Speed, Modulation Scheme, inter & intra handover, I-Rat handovers, cell selection, Reselection, RRC states (Cell DCH, Cell FACH, Cell RACH, Idle ). -Check the parameters for HSDPA, HSUPA. -Provide resolution for Capacity problems based on the LDR, CAC,DRD Tilt change, and WBBP extension.
