• Optimization of financial flows (Sales, Purchasing, Reporting) to enhance efficiency and help improve client’s sales. • Project management (PMO): monitoring project progress in Agile mode, weekly presentation to client’s management on progress against set key performance indicators (KPIs). • Change management: development and formalization of new procedures, training client teams to ensure their successful adoption. • Compliance of client’s Finance department with new international/regional (EU) laws and regulations: analysis and reform of client database, and review of invoicing process. • Digitalization and automation of processes through the set-up of tools (SAP S4 HANA, Salesforce): elaboration of acceptance tests and monitoring technical developments in Jira. • Supervision and management of team members, and transfer of knowledge to new joiners. • Development of clients’ relationship and coordination with multiple internal and international entities. • Internal contribution: business development (commercial proposals for new projects/clients acquisition), recruitment of new colleagues.

• Use of Jira to coordinate and monitor the deployment of a new version of SAP in international subsidiaries. • Design and execution of tests for new functionalities of the digital products created. • Restructuring of a digital tool (mobile application and website) and deployment in Agile mode: continuous monitoring and coordination with the IT team and international subsidiaries for consistent improvement proposals. • Conception of user's manual of the final product for subsidiaries worldwide. • Trainings and support to subsidiaries worldwide in the deployment of the new digital products.

• Setting exchange rates to customers for foreign exchange transactions (individuals and companies). • Assisting Private Bankers in the management of their portfolio, and daily use of the Bloomberg Terminal. • International trade finance: issuance and follow-up of Letters of Credit (LC) for imports & exports of key account customers. • Review and optimization of bank's internal processes, and presentation of recommendations to Management. • Establishment with Directors of the training and collaboration plan between multiple departments. • Alignment of customer needs with those of the bank: assisting customers while ensuring bank profits.
