• Directed the integration of Stork into Bilfinger Netherlands Industrial Services, across four divisions. Managed a €6.5 million budget and achieved key project milestones within an initial five-month phase of a ten-month programme. • Laying the groundwork for a seamless SAP S4 upgrade scheduled for 2026–27. Initiated business process improvements by leveraging cross-industry expertise, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency and readiness for future transformation. • Reviewed and coordinated the implementation of business and IT transformation projects by Unilabs Group such as change of ERP (MS Dynamics), change of HR system, change of Procurement system • Took over Dutch IT department in my role as Global IT Transformation director, rebuilding trust in the IT department and launching new programs to accelerate combined IT and Business Transformation • Built an M&A plan to merge 4 disparate working companies into one coherent company and commenced the execution thereof • Worked out a stage 1 for AI implementations across the organisation, based on alignment of data first, systems later. This stage 1 included the reviews on how data could be used, and remain secure within legal and ethical boundaries. Built 1 and 3-year strategy for IT within Unilabs Netherlands, for a full IT landscape transformation including a full lab-system update and hardware swap • Prepare for move to Azure Cloud. Coordinating between Group and 3 different service providers. Moved data center from an MSP to Azure Cloud in 12 weeks • Downsized Dutch IT budget for 2024, by 20%. • Designed and executed business case to build a digital and data hub, to be achieved through separating and disentangling IT Ops and Data functions from the Group IT model • Provided stakeholder management and engaged leadership of Group & Benelux IT teams - enhancing each BU’s operational effectiveness & building an ‘IT-led, above-country’ competence CoE across three countries as well as combining the budget propositions across three countries (Opex and Capex) • Responsible for ‘back office’ harmonization & building of the Group’s European Data & Digital Hub • Built an AI-powered check-out service for company restaurants • Initiated Benelux PLM system update: integrated data providers for calorie and nutritional scores • Prepared the IT landscape to accommodate a €15m SAP 4/Hana common template implementation - aligning ‘in-country’ toolsets to fit with the future-state SAP 4/Hana data model • Building a ‘security by design’ principle in all technology areas, ensuring ISO27001 compliance and guarantee business continuity

• Review of project planning, resource involvement and scope for a website re-platforming. Re-build of project planning across multiple vendors. Delivery of new project governance and planning, including RAID templates for successful cooperative implementation

• Pioneered a Bridgestone-internal Connected Radio Frequency ID data management solution, delivered as a cloud solution on Azure • Responsible from Concept through to MVP: led collaborative works with competitors (Goodyear, Michelin, Pirelli, Continental) to launch a start-up managing a global Tire Information Service. (Definition of MVP, Vendor selection, legal entity set up and launch, ISO Standards application)

• Implemented MOBOX Tire-as-a-Service corporate start-up within the Bridgestone owned PitStop GmbH shops. Adapted the core solution to German legal compliance and sales practices.

Delivered Salesforce implementation, integrations with BaaN, Magento and Sage, as well as preparation for new global and inter-regional ERP definition project. Strengthened line of communication of French head office and team members in the Far East (Partnered with Cap Gemini)

Returned project to profitability with application of new target operating model for HR-related business on sales and customer service processes. Reviewed target operating model and increased efficiency within business by supporting back-office functions and fully utilizing digital capabilities.(Partnered with Deloitte Digital)

Launched digital mobile platform for ultra-luxury travel start-up as IT Director. Developed infrastructure, application landscape and cloud and mobile-first solutions saving over €800K in costs. Initiated technology for continuous process improvements across all business units.
