Within TC Product Analysis, my role is to support the Avanade Academy in the implementation of analytical and project management solutions, in order to promote and optimize the digital and technological training courses offered by the Avanade Academy to CAC 40 customers from different sectors (luxury, energy, retail, aeronautics). My role focused on analyzing and optimizing processes related to the integration and use of commercial data. I worked with technical teams to develop data flows aligned with business needs, wrote functional specifications to structure processes, and set up automated reporting to track commercial performance and optimize data pipelines.

As part of a team of 07 people, I was responsible for coordinating and supervising the various phases of the project. My role included designing and deploying digital communication strategies to ensure a dynamic and engaging online presence.

I worked on a project aimed at promoting the adoption of the mobile banking app. My role was to support customers in their digital transition by identifying their needs and proposing tailored solutions.

Conducted a benchmark of telecom operators' digital communication strategies. Active participation in monitoring social networks and managing customer interactions, with a particular focus on rapid and appropriate responses to user requests.
