Ramesh manages the complete lifecycle (scoping, design, testing, MCO) of IAM, IGA, PAM, and CIAM solutions. Ensured rigorous implementation through high-quality functional and technical specifications. IGA Governance & Compliance: Led the integration of an IGA solution for thousands of users. Implemented processes for quarterly access reviews and entitlement certifications. Result: Increased GDPR compliance and improved access traceability. Privileged Access Management (PAM): Deployed a PAM solution to secure critical technical accounts. Extended the implementation of MFA and SSO to a portfolio of sensitive applications. Benefit: Strengthened overall security and significantly improved the user experience.

Ramesh joined King as an Identity Architect to implement an IAM solution using Sailpoint IdentityIQ which helped the employees gain access to all the systems they need and restrict other access. The implementation enabled the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees by provisioning and de-provisioning systems on time. Access request process was implemented to make it easier for employees to gain access to different systems after going through various approval process based on the sensitivity of the application. Several systems were linked to the single sign-on process using Ping Identity making it easier for the employees. Regular auditing process was implemented to check all systems for unauthorized access and orphaned accounts. After the acquisition of the company by Activision Blizzard, a federation was established between the two companies so employees can access system across these two companies using Ping Federate.

Ramesh joined the Hub City Media IAM practice to work with Enterprise scale Identity Access Management projects and focus on specific products of SUN IAM partners. He has been involved in Design and Architecture, business process consulting, and product configuration and implementation to meet complex requirements. Responsible for designing and implementing SUN Identity Manager solution for user management, role-based application access, end-user provisioning and auditing of all system actions. Configuring Solaris systems to authenticate against LDAP servers and provisioning users to various Solaris systems though SUN Identity Manager. Modified/Created the DIT in LDAP to authenticate the users using NIS LDAP. Responsible for configuring SSO using the SUN Access and Identity Manager and configured Distributed Authentication to provide all the services outside the DMZ. Responsible for configuring Identity Audit policies, scan for violations, remediation, escalation and generating reports for access rights, policy violations, escalations and conflict of duties Experience configuring application's availability in a clustered environment and configured the SUN HADB (High Availability Session Store) Designed and implemented JBoss Operations Network (JON) solution to monitor(availability and performance metrics) various components like JBoss Web Servers, SOA Servers, OpenLDAP and MS SQL Server. Developed custom JON plug-ins for non JBoss products. Responsible for implementing SUN N1 Service Provisioning System in developing N1 Components for JVM, WebLogic, Cognos, Datastage and Oracle. Components can automatically deploy the application, start/stop servers, run DB scripts at the push of a button to multiple servers.
