Joined forces with an outstanding team that launched Abu Dhabi Film Commission (ADFC) with an objective of positioning Abu Dhabi as the crossroads for the world of filmmaking. Over the course of two years, developed the primary brand and marketing material, conceptualized and designed a dozen of subordinate initiatives and grants, coordinated a major international film production conference (The Circle), created the Abu Dhabi Pavilion for the Cannes Film Festival, and planned, co-photographed and designed the first ADFC location book. • Collaborated with top management, staff, vendors and other partners to ensure that the ADFC brand remained relevant to the public, and that all initiatives were compliant to the brand promise; • Implemented ADFC’s short and long-term marketing strategies within subordinate initiatives and projects; • Illustrated, designed and managed the ADFC website and social media platforms; • Created national and international marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to efficiently communicate ADFC’s key messages with filmmakers and production houses on an international level; • Liaised between ADFC and production companies during major conferences and workshops on local and international floors.

Recruited a top-notch team to start a unique boutique agency in Abu Dhabi, focused on challenging the status quo, daring to be different and getting things done. We drove over 35 clients to achieve outstanding results in the first year of operation, including Hilton, Escan, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), Waha Capital, UAE Department of Transport, UAE Department of Finance, Abu Dhabi Finance, and Finance House. • Recruited design talents, and successfully built an award-winning team, increasing by 300% within the first year; • Created and implemented a marketing strategy that quickly established the agency in the Abu Dhabi market; • Developed and enforced a design thinking-based creative process to unravel daily challenges and adapted to an ever-changing environment; • Conceptualized strategies, from the ground up, working with clients and the design team on every front; • Secured and managed a two-year contract with two leading brands in the UAE; • Led the agency’s communications and presentations’ efforts with client-side executives; • Directed and developed a creative team of ten personnel, and developed a strong incentive-based working environment; • Trained interns and junior staff.
