Development of Software for Real-Time Control System for CRS Power Rectifiers on NXP and TI Platforms : • Development of Basic Software (BSW) and low-level drivers for peripherals and communication protocols on NXP and TI embedded platforms. • Development of the CAN Basic Software and integration of the CANopen communication protocol to ensure communication between devices. • Development of OS Abstraction Layer (OSAL) to abstract operating system (RTOS) functionalities, utilizing FreeRTOS. • Developement of Modbus RTU communication driver over RS485 to enable data exchange between the rectifier and the SCADA system. • Development of control loops modules for voltage and current adjustment with PID algorithms. • Development of HMI to manage system states and handle keypad entries for menu navigation and parameter setting. • Development of cooling handler module to maintain rectifier temperatures within operational limits. • Development of an Event Manager Module for Logging Warnings and Errors to EEPROM and SD Card. • Development of new features. • Implementation of Hardware Configurations for New Features Based on Bosch Specifications. • Continuous integration of basic components (BC) according to Bosch and Renault specifications. • Development of the SWADP file to add missing functions in other BCs to ensure compilation success. • Perform integration tests for new features such as BFT, DID, and NVM tests. • Analysis of specifications using RQONE database.
