Charles supported France and Belgium as Project Director for two projects in parallel. Achieved ERP implementation and Business Change management for France - Deliver Business cases for +2M Euros. - Direct the project, Report the progress status to the Steering group and to Top Management. - Build France core project team, hire 5 business consultants (mixed junior and senior). - Overall coordinate activities for +50 people : IT from UK and France key users. - Conduct the Business Process modelling, Gap Analysis, Blue print in ncremental mode - Implement in 6 months ERP with Agile approach : QA, End To End, Migration with several iterations. - Ensure cascade End user training on new processes and on ERP for +130 internal +30 external. - Put in place the post go live long term organization, service catalog, SLA for business support. Achieved ERP implementation study for Belgium. - Conduct the Gap analysis and Business case study for ERP. Based on the outcome study, the Senior management concluded to put that project on stand by. Achieved Infrastructure migration for Belgium. - Deliver Business case for +1M Euros. - Act as PMO supporting, coaching local infrastructure project manager. - Report the progress status to the Steering group and to Top Management.

The applications domains covered Logistics, Billing and Manufacturing integration with subcontractors systems over AsiaPac, Europe, US, Israël sites. He conducted the IT, Business strategic project alignments with VP, Directors with yearly and quarterly reviews and adjustments. He leaded the outsourcing team from Tata Consultancy Services OnShore and Offshore (India). Multiple Consulting companies collaboration : Cap Gemini, HCL, Tata Consultancy Services, Orange Major achievements: - We developped an entreprise architecture strategy for defining the migration path. The way sites migration project were conducted in Agile DSDM approach - Deploy all Supply chain execution systems and conducted change management over Singapore, Israel, Malaysia, Italy, China sites. Technology : Mainframe, SAP WMS MM, EDI, SOA - Legal Entities setup and Billing posting into into SAP FI CO. - Inventory migration covering wwd manufacturing sites and subcontractors suppliers. - Process mapping and solution design for Logistics and Warehousing towards SAP LES.

Charles conducted several transformation projects on IT supply chain and was accountable towards senior directors. He had managed directly a team of senior project managers and directed cross projects were +50 people were involved. Main achievements : - Build and deploy the new corporate Delivery systems over 22 sites worldwide - Setup an IT central team in India covering 7/7 support for all the sites with ITIL approach. - Implement the Manufacturing Lot execution release on FrontEnd and BackEnd factories. - Collaborative Supply chain with Subcontractors and Key Customers: DRP, E2OPEN - Contribute to the JIT enhancement on the entire supply chain flow. - Project management for SAP WMS integration with Legacy systems. - SOX and CMMi champion
