- Manage and lead Jam3 office space design in Amsterdam - Plan internal events on a monthly basis - Develop and execute Workplace projects aimed at improving and growing our facilities, enhancing our employees’ onsite experience - Manage day-to-day workplace operations - Manage external suppliers / contractors - Develop budgets, manage how the funds are allocated - Own prompt resolution of escalations related to all repair/maintenance requests and recurring services within our workplace locations. - Manage Invoices and payments

- Provide project management to support the smooth execution of cross-channel campaigns - Drive tasks and operations to ensure campaigns launch on time - Develop overarching project plans and define processes for cross-functional teams - Ensure quality control and review deliverables prepared by team - Manage localization projects including translation of copy and creative assets - Maintain and update campaign calendars as well as key project trackers for targeting / campaign assets, and launch communications - Communicate major milestones and priorities, as well as bottlenecks and other problems, which affect a successful delivery - Oversee and drive special projects as needed - Track measurement and reporting goals to increase revenue, track performance across channels, and proactively identify opportunities for growth

- Rework brand identity and create impactful communication on social media

- Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the store - Ensuring the strategy is in line with the store’s brand, products, and target market - Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes - Maintaining statistical and financial records - Overseeing pricing and stock control - Maximising profitability and reach sales targets - Preparing promotional materials and displays - Dealing with customer queries and complaints
