While working on this master's project, my team and I were able to propose four approaches for utilizing endoscopic images acquired with two modalities: NBI (Narrow Band Imaging) and WLI (White Light Imaging), for 3D reconstruction of polyps. To accomplish this work, we relied on a machine learning technique called Image To Image Translation using Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs). This project was carried out in collaboration with Chubu University in Japan.
