Setting up a GCP Cloud Infrastructure with Terraform and Demonstrating a Database Connection via Vault. Tasks performed: - Creation of GCP infrastructure using Terraform: VPC,Private subnets,2 private VMs (Virtual Machines), Load balancer, MySQL Cloud SQL instance, Remote state backend with Google Cloud Storage Bucket (GSB). - Development of a Python script that generates a username and password from Vault (running in Docker) for connecting to MySQL (also running in Docker): The username and password are generated on-demand from Vault, User credentials expire after a configured time set in Vault.
