Founded Meringue Studio, a one-person digital product development agency. Using No-Code tools, I develop functional web and mobile apps, websites, automation workflows and databases. Some projects include: - Several websites developed within a week for Havas Digital Factory, such as a job board and informational websites. - Building and managing e-commerce stores. - Corporate websites with complex design, animations, and CMS. - An advanced education portal and database system for employee wellness in companies. - Mobile app prototypes for start-up ideas. - A marketing campaign delivering physical prizes linked to the Tour de France. - A website for a high-end real estate agency, automatically retrieving all data from their management software with a complex workflow. To deliver those projects, I worked with hired designers and specialised developers when needed while managing the project and ensuring the deliverable's quality. As an agency founder, I also set up my own organisational workflows, and client acquisition strategy with the No-Code tools I enjoy using. My clients are located mainly in France, but I've also taken projects in the USA and Australia!

Four-month long enterprise architecture training program : - Technical skills linked to enterprise architecture, such as IT architecture, frameworks, cartography, Big Data, Cloud technology, and cybersecurity. - Experience in project management, Agile methodology, Design Thinking, and UX Design with Framework Enterprise Design. - Strategic projects in IT & business units architecture. - Focus on soft skills, such as facilitation, meeting animation, and conflict management. Digital & platform architect for the Gare du Nord 2024 project in anticipation of the Paris Olympics : - Designing the platform methodology for the future services of the station. - Defining the strategic experiences to create for the people in the ecosystem. - Exploring these experiences formally with user needs and user paths, then linking these to relevant potential services. Management of a cybersecurity raising awareness program for 2500 employees of Engie Group : - Design and animation of workshops in order to raise awareness on cybersecurity, with videos and customized games. - Design and animation of half-day digital workshops, to replace physical workshops during lockdown in France. - Rolling out custom-made phishing campaigns and reports with a specialized tool. - Setting and deploying and serious game to enhance user learning. Design, creation, and deployment of a training program about APIs and microservices for EDF : - Preparation and animation of internal workshops to understand EDF context. - Creation of the training slideshow. - Deployment and animation of the training.

The supply chain team of Christian Dior Couture, located in Hong Kong, is in charge of the Asia Pacific region, which comprises about ten countries. It is a six-person team which works closely with the merchandisers across Asia, and the merchandisers and other supply chain planners worldwide. I had the following responsibilities : - Optimized everyday reporting processes, mainly using macros and formulas on Microsoft Excel. - Reduced the weekly sales summary sheet macro's running time on Microsoft Excel from 45 to 5 minutes. - Fixed several reporting tools that did not take into account all the necessary data, or that simply stopped working. - Created new commission schemes for stores in various countries, such as Hong Kong, Australia, South Korea, and Macau. - Took into account each country's social policy and wage distribution, as well as Dior's strategy, and implemented tools in order to simulate the new commission scheme and compare it to the current one for each staff based on their sales. - Created tools to follow-up on the sales and given commissions for after the implementation of the new schemes.

Blue-collar internship at the Hilton Double Tree Cariari hotel in San José, Costa Rica. Conversed in Spanish with the local teams and customers, during six weeks. Worked successively in the departments of housekeeping, food & beverages, sales, and human resources.
